Where is the Copier Located?

The copier is located on the main floor of the library, just to the right of the public access terminals.

How Does the Copier Work?

Basic instructions on using the copier are available on our LibGuide titled Copying and Printing in the Law Library.  Please ask at the Circulation/Reference Desk if you need additional assistance in using the copier.

What Functions Are Available on the Copier?

The multi-function copy machine allows you to make copies, print pages from the public access computers (including printouts from databases), as well as scan materials and send the scans to a personal email address.  Scanning is free, but copying and printing are 7 cents per page.

How Do I Pay for Copies/Prints?

In order to copy or print you will need a guest Coyote Card, which can be purchased  from the machine to the left of the copier.  The machine dispenses cards pre-loaded with $5.00.  The machine accepts both $1 and $5 bills.  For more information, please see our separate LibGuide on copying and printing:

Stapling, Punching, Etc.

Currently there are a stapler, staple remover, 3-hole punch, and paper cutter on the table by the copier.  If you require additional supplies or tools, please ask at the Circulation/Reference Desk.
